  • June 1-2 Portrait Painting
    This workshop explores the process and challenges with painting the human face in oils. Participants will have the opportunity to paint a head and shoulders pose with a live model. They will also learn different techniques and methods to aid in rendering more accurately while building up the model's likeness gradually. The workshop will be held from 9AM to 6PM Saturday June 1, 2013 and Sunday June 2, 2013 for a total of 16 instructional hours with an hour each day for a complementary lunch. Materials are not included for this workshop; a list of suggested materials is available upon request. The fee for this workshop is $270 and there are five slots available.   • June 29-30 Drawing the Portrait
    This workshop explores the process and challenges with drawing the human face. Participants will have the opportunity to draw a head and shoulders pose with a live model and learn different techniques and methods to aid in rendering more accurately. The workshop will be held from 9AM to 6PM Saturday May 11, 2013 and Sunday May 12, 2013 for a total of 16 instructional hours with an hour each day for a complementary lunch.   • July 20-21 Figure Drawing with Charcoal
